We ship Acorn products around the world. This policy explains our delivery methods, timings, charges, and what you can expect when you order.

1. Where We Deliver
  • We ship to the UK and worldwide.

  • Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or restrict shipping to certain territories if delivery is not commercially or legally viable.


2. Delivery Timeframes
  • UK Mainland: estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • UK Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland: estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Europe: estimated 5–10 working days after dispatch.

  • Rest of World: estimated 7–21 working days, depending on location and customs.

  • All delivery times are estimates. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.


3. Customs, Duties and Taxes
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These costs are your responsibility and vary by country. We cannot predict or control them.

  • Customs processes may also cause delivery delays.


4. Delivery Process
  • Deliveries are made by our trusted courier and postal partners between normal business hours.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Legal ownership of products passes only once payment is received in full.


5. Missed Deliveries and Address Issues
  • If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.

  • If the delivery address you provide is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs.


6. Subscriptions (Acorn Explorers)
  • Subscription packs are made to order and dispatched on your chosen cycle (e.g., monthly).

  • Dispatch dates are confirmed in your account and by email.

  • You can change your delivery address at any time in your account, but changes made after the cut-off (typically 48 hours before dispatch) may not apply until the following cycle.


7. Delivery Delays and Events Outside Our Control
  • We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., postal strikes, customs, pandemics, extreme weather).

  • If a substantial delay occurs, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for any items not yet dispatched.
